Dr. Ben Ogunwale completed his undergraduate medical education in Russia and his Internal Medicine residency training at Huron Hospital, a Cleveland Clinic Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. Because of his interest in digestive health and nutrition he underwent Fellowship training in Gastroenterology at the MetroHealth Medical Center, Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Ogunwale is proficient in endoscopic skills and performs procedures in the AAAHC certified endoscopic center at Queen City Gastroenterology & Hepatology.

Dr. Ogunwale's areas of special interest include managing abnormal weight gain, body contouring, in addition to treatment of swallowing and gastrointestinal motility difficulties. Dr. Ogunwale is trained in Orbera gastric balloon placement for non-invasive weight loss, SculpSure for cosmetic body contouring using laser, as well as minimally invasive Smartlipo that destroys fat cells and tightens skin. Since starting private practice Dr. Ogunwale has learned to appreciate patient's concerns and needs in the area of weight management and removing stubborn body fat. Dr. Ogunwale is compassionate and uses a combination of superior diagnostic and endoscopic skills to help patients achieve their desired health and weight goals. Dr. Ogunwale speaks English, Russian and Yoruba fluently. Dr. Ogunwale is married with children. During his spare time, Dr. Ogunwale enjoys tennis, travel, reading science fiction, and spending time with his family.

Michelle Ogunwale is a licensed and Board Certified Physician Assistant originally from Ohio. She holds a B.A. in Food and Nutrition Sciences from Bluffton University in Bluffton Ohio. She graduated Cum Laude with an M.S. Degree in Nutrition Sciences from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale Illinois. Because of her love for patient care, she then obtained training as a Physician Assistant from Cuyahoga Community College – Cleveland State University in Cleveland Ohio and was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She continued her education and obtained an M.P.A.S. Degree from University of Nebraska Medical Center.

Michelle went on to become a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer having served as a Community Health Extensionist in Suriname, South America. Upon returning she went to work at the Department of Vascular Surgery and subsequently Colorectal Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Hospital. She has worked in many capacities as a Physician Assistant and has been in her current position since 2011. Her area of interests includes Nutrition and Weight Loss, Health Coaching and Disease of the Liver.
